Three years doing translations (English-Spanish and Spanish-English) for the Lincoln, Nebraska office of Organic Crop Improvement Association, a non-profit organic certification agency.  Examples of work include:

· Section on regulations for organic aquaculture production of OCIA International Certification Standards

· Questionnaires, checklists, and other official OCIA documents

· Incoming and outgoing letters and other communications

· PowerPoint presentations to be used at training sessions

· Text for promotional materials

· Bylaws for Latin American OCIA Chapters.

 

In addition to work for OCIA, freelance projects include the following:

· Translation (Spanish-English) of a 23,000-word occupational health and safety manual.
